Cashback is granted immediately when all the following cumulative conditions are met:

Valid Subscription
The user must hold an active and valid paid subscription on the platform.

Real and Measurable Engagement

Legitimate Affiliation

varying the cashback rate from 10% to 50%, according to the following situations:

The referrer benefits from the applicable promotional rate.

New user referred outside a promotional period
The referrer receives the standard rate of 10%.

Existing user subscribing during a promotion
The referrer benefits from the promotional rate in force if the subscription
is taken out during the promotional period.

No deferred payment date, monthly validation, or delay applies.

5.4 Abuse Prevention and Compliance
ZI-CHAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account detected
as participating in fraudulent, artificial, or abusive activity,
and to initiate any appropriate legal action.

The cashback system is based exclusively on real activity
and does not constitute a financial instrument or investment product.

and fraud prevention.
