Frequently asked questions
Why did you remove consumer cashback?
Because the consumer program diluted our message. The pro pivot is clear: ZI-CHAT addresses professionals who charge for their expertise. Cashback now rewards those who bring other pros — not generic promo hunters.
I'm on the Free plan, can I become a partner?
No. You must be an active Pro, Team or Enterprise. It's a qualitative filter: only pros who actually use the platform can credibly recommend it.
When am I paid?
Monthly payout via Stripe Connect, on the 5th of the following month. Minimum threshold: €50. Below, balance accrues.
If my referee unsubscribes, what happens?
You keep commissions from months already paid by them. You no longer receive recurring commissions from the unsubscribe month onwards. No clawback on past payouts.
Can I combine with ongoing ZI-CHAT promos?
Yes. Your referees can enjoy an ongoing promo (e.g. early-adopter -20%) AND your referral code (10% bonus). Your commission is calculated on the net amount after promo.
